AireServ of Granbury / AireServ of Johnson County is seeking sales professionals with a great attitude and work ethic. No prior industry knowledge is needed as we can train you to know and understand the work that needs to be performed. Previous in-home sales experience or HVAC experience is a plus.
As an HVAC sales team member, you are responsible for running preset leads as well as proactively generating sales leads all the while nurturing existing and new client relationships. You are responsible for visiting customer homes to determine their HVAC needs and make the appropriate recommendations for system replacement.
You are a qualified candidate if you are a people person, self-motivated, and not afraid to climb into an attic or scurry under a house to help a client solve their heating and cooling issues.
You are a qualified candidate if you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn about or enhance your current knowledge of the HVAC industry.
You are a qualified candidate if you are a clean-cut person of good character without any felonies or DWIs and can pass random drug screens.
Specific Responsibilities:
Learn our systems and follow our sales processes.
Available to run two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability.
Receive and make calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Complete all paperwork necessary.
Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows, and community events and making outbound calls.
Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
Must live in the area or be willing to relocate.
