We're constantly growing our team to help us provide even better support, advice, and assistance and we're looking to hire a Field Sales Representative to assist us in growing our clientele.     Job Overview:

    The purpose of the Field Sales Representative is to establish trusted relationships with current and new partners for onsite and remote support. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively.

    Key Requirements:

    Develop and maintain partner relationships

    Identify and secure new business opportunities.

    Provide exceptional service and support throughout this process.

    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the B2B market segment.

    Identify and prospect new partners.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at customer organizations, among others.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and customer success teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.

    Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

    Proven outside sales experience.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

    Required Skills

    B2B Sales: 2 years (minimum)

    Route/Outside Sales: 2 years (minimum)

    Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (minimum)

    License/Certification:

    Driver's License (Required)

    Schedule

    8-hour shift (8:30am – 5:00pm) Monday to Friday

    Job Type: Full-time

    This is a 100% outside sales position.

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus Commission
