    Our law firm is seeking a non-attorney salesperson who is respectful of ethics and professionalism. No previous legal experience is required. We are looking for someone who loves doing sales. You should see sales as a service we perform for our prospective new clients, not as something is done “to” them. We provide legal services for individuals facing family crises, such as divorce. We are seeking someone empathetic who can assist clients in feeling confident in their decision to seek legal assistance. Responsibilities: • Verify that clients have received preconditioning materials prepared for them • Conduct in-person, zoom, and telephone sales meetings and sign new clients to the firm • Place follow-up calls to signed clients to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the service that they are receiving • Follow up, via telephone, email, sending videos, etc with previous clients or potential clients who have contacted the firm • Keep detailed notes in a centralized database • facilitate the hand-off to the legal team • Assist in designing high-level onboarding protocols Qualifications: • Previous sales experience for high-ticket items required • Must convey a professional impression • Basic working-level knowledge of Excel required • Must be able to quickly learn and implement new software programs • Must enjoy problem-solving • Must be highly ethical • Able to manage your own calendar • Must be reliable Compensation: $42,000 - $72,000 yearly
