    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage sales operations and account activities, including generating quotes, purchase orders, and customer updates on order status.
    • Handle customer quality notifications, change notices, and first article inspections.
    • Ensure customer compliance by managing surveys, annual compliance training, conflict materials reporting, and capacity reporting.
    • Generate and analyze reports for sales, inventory, and forecasting using MS Office Suite and data visualization tools.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal teams, collaborating to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
    • Utilize CRM and ERP systems (SAP preferred) to support sales operations.
    • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

    Required Skills

    • 3+ years of experience working in inside sales/sales operations
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel & SAP highly preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communicator with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment to achieve balanced business objectives with focus on customer satisfaction.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Additional Information

    For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $80k and $95k. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law
