This position is based in our Lake Success, NY Headquarters. We are not seeking remote applicants. We need someone with a keen eye for identifying individuals who have the ambition, energy, and drive to succeed in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and define an exciting recruitment strategy that attracts the best sales talent. • Recruit passionate Business Development Representatives who are eager to make their mark, drive new business, and be key players in our success story. • Source and engage top talent through innovative channels—networking, social platforms, industry events, and more. • Lead interviews that go beyond the resume, focusing on finding a cultural fit, sales prowess, and hunger for success. • Own the full-cycle recruitment process , from sourcing and interviews to onboarding, ensuring every candidate feels the excitement of joining Madison Mortgage. • Create a talent pipeline to keep us ahead of the curve, ensuring we’re ready to scale at every turn. • Champion Madison Mortgage’s unique culture , sharing our story and vision with every candidate to build excitement and engagement. Qualifications: • Proven experience recruiting for sales roles, particularly in business development or high-growth industries. • A history of building successful, high-energy sales teams that achieve extraordinary results. • Strong understanding of the key traits that define top-tier sales talent—relentless drive, adaptability, and a competitive spirit. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage and inspire candidates. • Thrives in fast-paced environments , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly to meet the demands of a growing organization. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
