We are seeking a Sales Recruiter to join our team! You will perform sales and recruiting activities.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients

Contact potential clients to schedule meetings

Cold calls and in person visits for the sales process

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

On-board new employees

Provide management with requested reports and documents

Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Sales and Recruiting

Experience in Staffing Agencies

Knowledge of labor and employment laws

Ability to build rapport with all employees

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
