Job Description  
This role will involve being on-site three days a week in Salt Lake City. The position is initially a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for go-to-market roles
 
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Account Executive and Business Development Manager positions using various recruitment channels and tools
 
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume review, interviewing, and offer negotiation
 
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
 
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
