    We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager based in Charlotte, NC, for our Medical Device outside sales position. The successful candidate will represent our client, an innovative surgical manufacturer, and magnificence/illumination industry leader. Their products are used daily worldwide during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.

    This is a home-based position: You must live in Charlotte to be considered for the role. The position requires about 30% travel both inside and outside the territory. Qualified applicants will have 1-3 years of successful sales experience. We would consider an entry-level candidate with the right background.

    Territory: Charlotte-based territory will include Charlotte, the western half of NC (Greensboro, Winston Salem, Ashville), and southwestern VA (Roanoke, Lynchburg).

    You will join a growing company and sell our client's surgical and dental visual enhancement. You will call on surgeons, hospitals, operating rooms, dentists, dental hygienists, surgical residency programs, dental schools, dental hygienist schools, and ophthalmologists.

    Responsibilities and Duties: 85% of your activity will follow up on leads provided to you by the company. You'll need to organize your travel schedule and maintain your calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals who want to see you throughout your exclusive territory, demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country, and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8 of these a year.

    Qualifications and Skills: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. They must also enjoy travel. FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED.
