We’re excited to welcome a Sales Recruitment & Training Coordinator to support and grow our dynamic team of independent and in-house sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent for our independent and in-house sales teams, focusing on those who thrive in the school and library markets.

Training & Development: Create and deliver engaging training programs, equipping new hires with the skills and product knowledge they need to excel.

Onboarding: Ensure comprehensive onboarding for new team members, helping them understand our mission, products, and sales processes.

Continuous Support: Provide ongoing training and support for existing sales reps, keeping them current with market trends and sales techniques.

Market Insights: Leverage your knowledge of the educational and library sectors to stay ahead of market needs and trends.

CRM Utilization: Oversee Salesforce use, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline management.

Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with broader sales strategies and company goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales recruitment, training, or a related role, ideally in the educational or library sector.

Strong knowledge of the school and public library markets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.

Ability to create and adapt training materials to suit team and market needs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel to conferences and provide training/support in the field.
