Responsibilities: • Maintain an up-to-date list of key clients to nurture and advance relationships continuously. • Generate new business and exceed revenue targets through various sales activities like outside sales calls, site visits, and networking. • Evaluate the performance of specific properties in the area and create sales strategies aligned with brand objectives. • Research local market trends and competitor actions to identify potential leads. • Develop strategies to motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
