Responsibilities: • Maintain an up-to-date list of key clients to nurture and advance relationships continuously. • Generate new business and exceed revenue targets through various sales activities like outside sales calls, site visits, and networking. • Evaluate the performance of specific properties in the area and create sales strategies aligned with brand objectives. • Research local market trends and competitor actions to identify potential leads. • Develop strategies to motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Qualifications: • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. • Previous work experience in a hospitality role is desired but not required. • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are crucial. • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role within the sales department. • Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher to meet the qualifications. • Prior management experience is highly desired. • Demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is a key requirement.
