Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join their small service based business. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by conducting warm, scheduled calls and cold outreach, fostering relationships, and closing deals. This is a fully remote opportunity that offers flexibility, growth potential, and the chance to work with a diverse, international team. You will report directly to the COO, attend weekly meetings, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through warm leads provided by the company.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential clients and communicate the value of our services effectively.
• Attend weekly virtual meetings to share progress and insights.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and report directly to the COO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, or career services is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and conducting virtual meetings.
