We are currently seeking a remote part-time Sales Representative, offering the flexibility to set your own working hours. This role includes a competitive base pay along with a commission on your sales. Additionally, you’ll earn a retention commission, as the service you are selling is a subscription-based model. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients who are a strong fit for our high-value services. Working closely with our management and marketing teams, you will help generate leads and contribute to achieving our revenue goals. This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in consultative selling and closing high-ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound calls, warm and cold leads, outreach campaign responses, and networking efforts.
- Engage with leads via calls, texts, emails, and social media to build relationships and generate interest.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to align our solutions with client challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop closing strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure ongoing success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C sales, with a focus on high-ticket items such as enterprise software, luxury goods, or premium services.
- Proven ability to successfully close high-value deals through consultative selling techniques.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Monday.com or Salesforce.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
