    Job Summary

    To connect with potential customers and sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation.

    To represent the company professionally and preserve the customer service philosophy of USA Insulation.

    Spend enough time with customers to establish a relationship and build trust with the potential customer and our product.

    Essential Functions

    Understand the installation process as it pertains to the Sales role

    Understand and apply the USA Insulation Sales Process (PitchBook, Sales Video, Sales Handbook, etc.)

    Learn all the details of the USA Insulation PitchBook and apply for the Sales role

    Meet homeowners at pre-set appointments between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM. Allow for frequent Evenings and Saturday appointments

    Meet homeowners for “write-ups” to meet the homeowner’s schedule

    Write-up contract per USA Insulation specifications

    Take pictures of the work to be performed per USA Insulation specifications. Pictures to be printed and displayed with a contract for installers

    Responsible for the collection of the financial down payment prior to work and the balance of payment at the completion of the job

    Contact HVAC Professionals & Roofers as a referral source

    Contact all previous customers as a referral source

    Call in all scheduled dates when the job is sold

    Visit homeowner and crew on the install date

    Learn and use the USA MAX system online and an Estimate. Follow all Policies and Procedures of USA Insulation while on duty. Other responsibilities and functions might be required. Ask our team if interviewed

    Status Scope

    All USA Insulation Sales Representatives will report directly to the Owner/Operator.

    Must have a car and means to drive to all appointments

    Must be able to read and write

    Must be able to speak English

    Qualifications

    1-3 years of previous Sales experience in a related field and closed at a successful rate

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Commitment to Customer Service

    Self-motivated and eager to learn

    Travel Requirements:
