The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, meeting with homeowners, and securing roofing contracts, particularly through insurance claims. This role involves prospecting, client relationship building, and working closely with the project and insurance teams to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and other means. • Meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and provide accurate estimates. • Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage available. • Negotiate and close roofing contracts with homeowners and adjusters. • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure follow-up with potential and existing clients. Key Requirements (Regular Activities): • Canvass neighborhoods, attend events and leverage referrals to identify potential clients. • Schedule and conduct roof inspections to assess damage and determine project needs. • Present estimates and contract terms to clients, clearly explaining the process and expectations. • Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters to ensure timely approvals for projects. • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals. Qualifications: • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • A consistent top performer in sales • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
