We are seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong, disciplined hunter instinct to join our fast-growing company as an Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager. The successful candidate will join our casual and results-driven sales team. The position requires you to manage the complete sales lifecycle (prospecting, presenting, and closing deals) and to maintain client relationships (ensuring customer satisfaction and account renewal). You will interact with leads and active clients in a variety of industries across a broad geographic area. Ideal candidates should be coachable and eager to learn about our target industries and the fast-changing digital marketing world. We offer a highly competitive compensation structure with an opportunity to make > $100,000 in residual income in your first year with upside earning potential. Compensation is 100% commission-based. Position is fully-remote with travel required within the New Jersey and surrounding area for client visits and team training. High performers may apply for a Sales Manager position after six months, which includes a base salary + commissions. Our management works closely with sales and will support you to be successful. Responsibilities: • Work with leadership to develop and execute focused sales strategies, campaigns, and KPIs • Research target markets and accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call • Respond to and sell company-generated leads • Outbound prospecting to target assigned market segment • Prospect via targeted cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources/platforms • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges, needs, and effectively communicating our value proposition • Work breakdown expected: 90% sales/marketing, 10% client relationships • Manage the complete sales cycle: Find, qualify, contact, analyze, and develop quality sales opportunities; Create/deliver presentations in person and via Online meetings; Close deals and secure signed contracts; On-board new clients; Coordinate with support and implementation teams; Maintain client relationships to ensure account renewal Qualifications: • Motivated, dependable, self-starter looking to build a book of business • Business owner mentality • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills • Strong hunting skills (cold outreach) • Willing and able to travel for prospect and client meetings (up to ~1 hour) • Strong networking, presentation, and closing skills • Knowledge of digital marketing a plus • Work with CRM tools to document, manage, and track your pipeline • Regular lead & customer follow-up • Provide superior customer service / support • Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve • Willing to embrace change as industry, company, and market needs evolve • B2B outside sales experience preferred, not required Compensation: $93,663.54 - $108,989.58 per year
