What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll work closely with the agent and team to:
Prospect and grow new business across multiple lines of insurance
Quote, bind, and service policies for new and existing customers
Handle customer inquiries, process payments, and document requests efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple platforms
Resolve conflicts and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Support the agent and service center staff with administrative and operational tasks
Assess applicant insurability and manage application processes confidently
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer license within 30 days of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new programs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
