    As a Sales Representative, you will help grow a local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. Using your sales experience, you will educate customers on the value of insurance and recommend products that meet their needs. You will focus on cultivating long-term relationships by providing trusted advice and exceptional service. No prior insurance experience is required—we will provide the training you need to succeed.

    Responsibilities

    Leverage your sales experience to achieve goals by generating new business and cross-selling additional products to existing customers.

    Identify and qualify sales leads through referrals, networking, and marketing strategies.

    Use your sales skills to offer tailored Allstate insurance products that meet customer needs, protecting their families, assets, and future.

    Build lasting relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience, serving the local community and ensuring clients are prepared for life’s uncertainties.

    Job Qualifications

    Sales experience required

    Willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty license ahead of first day of employment.

    Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

    Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
