Compensation: • Expected First Year Earnings: $80,000+ • Commission on every warranty sale • Car allowance and gas reimbursement • Paid training • Comprehensive health insurance , including dental and vision • 401(k) with matching • Paid time off (up to 5 weeks) • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • Employee referral rewards • Parenting time pay Responsibilities: • Conduct daily travel within the defined territory to meet clients face-to-face • Generate and close sales leads for home warranty services • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and other business partners • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients • Track and maintain daily tasks, appointments, and activities using CRM software • Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our warranty products • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead-generation strategies • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques Qualifications: • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals • Excellent communication and consultative skills • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Comfortable delivering group presentations and public speaking • A "road warrior" mentality, ready to travel and engage with clients Compensation: $80,000 OTE
