Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients. • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events. • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and demonstrating Forticon’s value. • Prepare estimates and proposals with the support of our estimating team. • Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Conduct site visits, qualify leads, and collaborate with estimators and project managers. • Work closely with operations and project management to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Proven B2B sales experience , preferably in construction, paving, or a related industry , but not required as training will be provided. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to drive revenue. • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. • Understanding of estimating and pricing in construction (preferred but not required). • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Compensation: $150,000 + at Plan
