Sales Representative – Automotive Dealership Services

Location: Pleasanton, CA (In-Person, 5 Days a Week)

Compensation: $60k – $80k OTE (On-Target Earnings)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with automotive dealerships. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, pitch our industry-leading photography and software solutions, and help dealerships improve their online presence.

This is an in-person, office-based position in Pleasanton, CA, requiring five days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Acquire New Clients – Identify and engage potential dealership clients.

Present & Demonstrate Solutions – Conduct cold calls and Zoom presentations to showcase our products and services.

Maintain & Grow Relationships – Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving sales targets.

Provide Outstanding Customer Support – Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and ongoing communication.

Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with marketing and operations to enhance the customer experience.

Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up with automotive industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Automotive Sales – Prior experience selling to dealerships or working within a dealership environment is highly preferred (may replace the need for a degree).

Strong Sales Background – At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or technology sectors.

Confident Communicator – Comfortable with cold calling, Zoom presentations, and sales interactions.

Self-Motivated & Independent – A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets.

Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software is required; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
