Our Field Sales Associates earn over $100,000 annually, with top industry sales producers making $250,000+ per year.

No prior experience? No problem! Avenue Roofing offers top-notch training in the home improvement sector, equipping individuals with the necessary skills in a short period. You'll receive comprehensive training in basic construction, customer service, and storm damage assessment, making previous experience unnecessary.We provide extensive online virtual training along with on-the-job training for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire new accounts through a mix of leads, cold calling, referrals, and word-of-mouth.Identify homes with potential storm damage.
• Conduct no-cost roof inspections for homeowners to assess storm damage.
• Complete all necessary project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Enjoy meeting and assisting new people.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in home improvement sales, roofing, remodeling, or construction is a plus.
• Door-to-door canvassing or in-home sales appointment experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high energy level.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift ladders and climb roofs for inspections, with no fear of heights.
• Reliable transportation is required, though a truck is not necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Some weekend and evening hours required for inspections, based on homeowner availability.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
