Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the commercial cleaning sector. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, understand their cleaning needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Needs Assessment: Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements and tailor cleaning solutions accordingly. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with all areas of the business Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MUST BE LOCATED IN ORLANDO, FL

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour, plus commission.
