As a Sale Representative, responsible for engaging with customers, qualifying the purchase, presenting products and solutions, overcoming objections and closing sales.

Full Job Description:

• Greet customers with a friendly approach and professional appearance

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Facilitate customers decision making throughout their purchase

• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom

• Professionally answer phones, organize samples and become knowledgeable on products offered

• Communicate with customers via e-mail and/or by phone regarding estimates

• Build on existing relationships with designers and contractors to identify new projects and future tile needs
