Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.

Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.

Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).

Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.

Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.

Qualifications:

High attention to detail

Computer and smartphone proficient

Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic

Solution oriented with a desire to continuously improve processes

Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with experience in home remodeling or design intensive project sales a bug plus
