Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients proficient in the following languages that you are fluent in speaking and writing, providing expert financial advice and guidance remotely. The following Bilingual Speakers that we are looking for are proficient in the following languages: • Vietnamese • Mandarin • French • Tagalog • Spanish • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance professional skills and knowledge through training programs and skill development opportunities. • Tailor personalized financial profiles for clients, considering their individual needs, income levels, goals, and wealth management aspects. • Recommend strategic financial solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals by suggesting suitable products, plans, and investments. • Create and implement customized financial plans that align with clients' career stages, personal circumstances, and evolving financial needs in a remote work environment. • Obtain a state license within the first 14 days of employment as a specialized sales representative. • Keep abreast of industry trends, services, and products to meet client needs effectively and remain competitive in a remote sales role. • Proactively reach out to potential clients, introducing them to our services and new products in a remote setting. • Participate in professional development activities, including in-person and virtual sessions, trade shows, and sales events to expand industry knowledge and network. • Provide regular updates to the company on sales activities, account statuses, new business development, customer needs, potential leads, and competitive challenges using CRM tools while working remotely. • Develop and execute a strategic customer acquisition plan tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of the sales territory in a remote work setup. Qualifications: • The candidate must successfully pass a background check. • Candidates need to have 1-2 years of experience in either inside or outside sales. • A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position. • It is advantageous to have previous experience with CRM. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are mandatory. • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are crucial for success in this role. • Applicants must be located in the U.S. and a U.S. citizen or a Green Card Holder Fluency in both written and spoken of the following languages is a fundamental requirement: • Vietnamese • Mandarin • French • Tagalog • Spanish • Cantonese Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Only
