Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients proficient in Vietnamese, Mandarin, French, Tagalog, Spanish, or Cantonese languages to provide expert financial advice and guidance remotely. • Collaborate with team members to enhance professional skills through training programs and skill development opportunities. • Tailor personalized financial profiles for clients based on their individual needs, income levels, goals, and wealth management aspects. • Recommend strategic financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals by suggesting suitable products, plans, and investments. • Create and implement customized financial plans that align with clients' career stages, personal circumstances, and evolving financial needs in a remote work environment. • Obtain a state license as a specialized sales representative within the first 14 days of employment. • Stay updated on industry trends, services, and products to effectively meet client needs and remain competitive in a remote sales role. • Proactively reach out to potential clients, introducing them to services and new products in a remote setting. • Participate in professional development activities to expand industry knowledge and network for sales growth. • Provide regular updates to the company on sales activities, account statuses, new business development, customer needs, potential leads, and competitive challenges using CRM tools while working remotely. • Develop and execute a strategic customer acquisition plan tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of the sales territory in a remote work setup. Qualifications: • Fluency in at least one of the following languages, including Vietnamese, Mandarin, French, Tagalog, Spanish, and Cantonese, is a key requirement. • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory. • Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in inside or outside sales. • While not required, having a bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role. • Previous experience with CRM is considered advantageous. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential. • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are vital for success. • Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card Holders, or located in the U.S. Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Only
