ALCO Designs is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to work with our Sales Team. The Sales Representative will report directly to the President of the company. The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated problem solver with strong business development skills who can form strong client relationships. The individual must be resilient and a team player.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned geographic areas (west, Midwest)
Present ALCO Designs’ products to prospective clients
Maintain CRM system with customer information
Travel and meet with customers
Provide daily accomplishments
Attend weekly sales meetings
Meet benchmarks set by the President.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective customers.
Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas
Develop strong relationships with potential customers.
Qualifications:
2-5 years related experience in sales
2-5 years of merchandising experience
2-5 years of CRM experience and Social Media experience
Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
Commission experience
Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Custom Manufacturing experience required
Willingness to Travel
Great phone etiquette
Must be able to dedicate 8 hours or more.
