    Sales and Estimating Responsibilities:

    • Attend all estimates punctually.
    • Price new opportunities within 48 hours of site visits.
    • Professionally return incoming calls within 8 business hours.
    • Educate customers on product differentiation throughout the sales process.
    • Understand and meet customer needs to effectively sell our services.
    • Maintain relationships with customers and crews by visiting sold jobs.
    • Follow up on open bids to get definitive responses.
    • Target and market to profitable jobs.
    • Maintain a closing rate of at least 40%.
    • Develop a prospecting plan to generate leads.
    • Participate in networking to promote the company.
    • Actively seek referrals from new clients.
    • Utilize the company CRM for organized workflow.
    • Set and achieve sales volume and profit goals.

    Communication:

    • Communicate regularly with owners and staff to grow the business.
    • Uphold the company's reputation for integrity and professionalism.
    • Ensure job details are communicated to crew leaders.
    • Foster positive communication with all employees.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Exhibit positive leadership.
    • Attend meetings punctually.
    • Work necessary hours to fulfill responsibilities.
    • Contribute to the development of new systems for profitability.
    • Support company growth initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of sales experience.
    • Client-focused and results-driven.
    • Strong people and communication skills.
    • Tech-savvy with a positive attitude.
    • Interest in professional development and active team participation.
