Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our Richmond based team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to tradeshows and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory including
Generate leads and follow up with prospecting opportunities through company provided systems
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Effectively manage and communicate customer requirements of machinery to provide a product that suits needs
Comprehension of CDA USA, Inc products and services to effectively answer questions and concerns from customers
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Valid driver's license
