Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative is the first face that a customer of CTI Roofing sees, which sets the standard for what they will expect moving forward. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing customer relations and maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior throughout the sales generation process. The company’s brand and reputation rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. As a key player in our direct-to-consumer sales force, you will generate new business through door-to-door sales efforts and take care of office-generated leads.

Responsibilities
Maintain hunting skills by self-generating at least 50% of closed sales for all service lines through customer referrals, business leads, and residential door-to-door efforts
Perform roof inspections to assess the condition and identify any issues or damage
Prepare accurate estimates for roofing projects based on the inspection findings and company pricing guidelines
Coordinate with the Production team to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of roofing jobs
Collect payments from customers in a professional and timely manner, following established procedures
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales and production process, addressing customer concerns and maintaining positive relationships
Manage the assigned area for generating sales, including identifying potential leads and opportunities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing CTI Roofing and setting high standards for customer relations
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior
Uphold the company's brand and reputation through proper execution of responsibilities
Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to roofing sales techniques and industry best practices
Job requirements
Relevant sales experience is desired
Possession of a valid driver's license
Located in UT (Utah)
Successful completion of a background check
Must be authorized to work in the US.
