Responsibilities: • Engage in door-to-door sales activities within assigned areas to promote and sell community solar and third-party energy solutions. • Establish strong connections with potential clients, provide detailed information about our services, and address any inquiries they may have. • Achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance targets consistently. • Keep detailed and accurate records of sales efforts and customer communications. • Work closely with colleagues, engage in continuous training, and contribute to team initiatives. Qualifications: • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people and communicate effectively. • Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed targets. • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a sales career. • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success. • Previous Sales Experience: Preferred but not required – we train the right candidates. • Ability to Work Outdoors: Comfortable engaging in door-to-door interactions. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
