Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Must have experience in the skilled trades space
Managing Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC sales across the business
Develop rapport, build relationships and influence existing and potential customers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends
Service Titan experience is a huge plus
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in electrical, plumbing or HVAC sales with a strong understanding of products and services
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
