    Sales Representative (Commercial Security Equipment & Contracts) \- Your Job Duties:

    You will directly contribute to the Organization’s growth and impact by identifying, qualifying, pursuing and closing potential leads that lead to growth and revenue in several commercial verticals, primarily throughout Seattle and Western Washington.

    • Work list of existing prospects provided by the company, and identify additional potential leads (commercial customers, B2B), entering leads into Hubspot
    • Call on potential customers (via phone call, email follow up and on site visits to customer locations) – you will plan your route and your days, make customer visits / sales calls
    • Build and maintain relationships with commercial contractors, and other centers of influence (COIs), ensuring that the company is considered for potential customer referrals
    • Nurture relationships with channel partners (ie: commercial general contractors, architects) to generate new leads
    • Engage with industry associations by attending events and participating in networking opportunities
    • Conduct customer and consultative site walk-throughs, site surveys and estimates both building system installations and service opportunities
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients to check in on a schedule, in order to create additional installation or servicing opportunities
    • Participate in the proposal writing, monitor proposal delivery, adjustments to quotes and final close

    A successful Sales Representative is identifying new customer leads and meeting with prospects that generate a minimum of 3 new customer sales per month and generating $1M or more in annual sales.

    Sales Representative (Commercial Security Equipment & Contracts) \- You Might Have:

    • Experience selling commercial security systems, low voltage networking or related electronics
    • Existing relationships with city, state and local government customers or education customers (school districts, colleges and universities) / prior experience selling to customers in these sectors

    Sales Representative (Commercial Security Equipment & Contracts) – For You

    You will work based out of the in the office in Tukwila and can anticipate being on the road to visit customers daily and weekly (you choose your schedule and plan your route, no overnight travel).

    Your compensation will be a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus commission (paid monthly) based on work closed and collected. OTE average anticipated at $144,000 up to $210,000 depending on size of sales and building your ongoing book of business.
