We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our air filter solutions. You will play a vital role in driving sales, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clientele.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Order Entry and Invoicing
Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits of company policy
Create and maintain records of client interactions, accounts, and file documents
Comply with current communication policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Must be have a willingness to learn QuickBooks
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be customer oriented and can adapt/respond to client needs
Has knowledge of Air Filtration products and services (Preferred)
Has knowledge of using phone systems
Has a good understanding of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Has at least 2 year’s previous experience as sales representative (Preferred)

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience as an Office Coordinator and Customer Service or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
