The 317 Elite Sales Team is seeking personable & energetic candidates who enjoy speaking with customers face-to-face. This position is in a retail setting, having partnered with well-known retailers in the Indianapolis area. This position responsibilities would include, communicating specials and deals which are tailored to each customer, keeping an upbeat attitude while interacting and helping customers pick what works best for them. No experience with sales? No problem! We provide thorough and in-depth, paid training.

The schedule for this position is Thursday-Monday, 11a-7p through the week & 10-6 on weekends This position is in-person, comfortably working in a retail setting is a must.

Responsibilities

Customer qualifications and price quotes for client services

Complete sales contracts with customers directly

Provide quality presentations which are tailored to customers individual needs

Be the point of contact after the sale to handle customer needs

Meet and exceed sales goals, working with senior trainers to increase KPIs
