The Sales Representative will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by selling fintech solutions to prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, visiting their offices, and understanding their unique needs while promoting Velocity's services. This role is essential for fostering long-term relationships, providing on-site demonstrations, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell fintech solutions to potential clients and maintain relationships with current customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Visit client offices regularly to foster relationships, provide on-site demonstrations and training.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure alignment with their goals while collaborating with internal teams.
- Track all sales activities and interactions with clients and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client needs effectively and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, B2B, or similar industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Compensation
Base salary of $75,000, negotiable based on experience.
Commission Structure:
- Initial Commission : 50% of the first month's revenue. **
Ongoing Commission** : 5% of the client's monthly revenue starting in month 2, recurring for up to 12 months, as long as the individual remains the account manager.
