    Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Project Managers to join our roofing and home exteriors team. A successful candidate will manage company-generated leads, follow up with potential customers, and generally oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Potential for high earnings with a base income plus commission.

    Lead Management:

    • Promptly follow up on company-generated leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

    • Schedule and conduct home inspections with potential customers to assess their roofing and home exterior needs. (training provided)

    Sales Process:

    • Develop and present tailored proposals to customers, clearly outlining the scope of work, materials, project timeline, and cost estimates.

    • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Project Oversight:

    • Coordinate with Production Team to ensure seamless execution of contracted work.

    • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the proposed schedule and quality standards.

    • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

    Customer Service:

    • Maintain relationships with customers.

    • Provide exceptional post-project support and address any follow-up service needs.

    • Obtain client feedback and testimonials to help improve service offerings.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

    • Ability to read and understand project plans and documentation.

    • Sales experience NOT required.

    • Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and home exterior systems NOT required.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive base salary plus commission.
