Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IVD industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IVD market.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing).
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IVD industry.
· Strong understanding of IVD products and their applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Bilingual English / Mandarin Chinese preferred
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
