Your role will involve leveraging these assets to drive sales, develop strategic customer relationships, and contribute to our division's growth by delivering tailored brass rod solutions to meet diverse client needs. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Utilize your industry connections to engage with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs to offer tailored brass rod solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that leverage your deep market knowledge and connections to meet and exceed sales targets. Market Insight: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and provide valuable insights to the product development team. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, decision-makers, and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Position Qualification A minimum of 10 years of experience in the brass rod industry with a proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management. Established network of contacts within the brass rod market and related sectors. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of brass rod products and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients. Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and drive sales growth. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
