    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of VFDs and related services within your assigned territory. You will develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and provide expert consultation on VFD solutions.     Responsibilities

    Drive VFD Sales: Generate leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and effectively present the value of our VFD products and services.

    Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

    Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

    Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of VFD technology and applications to effectively consult with clients and recommend tailored solutions.

    Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiation.

    CRM and Reporting: Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.

    Qualifications

    Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated experience in inside/outside sales, preferably in the HVAC, industrial automation or electrical equipment industry.

    Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of electrical systems and motor control principles is highly desirable. Experience with VFDs is a plus.

    Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present technical information clearly and persuasively.

    Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

    Self-Motivation and Drive: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales goals.

    Education: High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
