Sales Representative
Location: Colorado Springs, CO | Travel Requirement: 50% to 70%
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Success: Sell gas price signs and services to retail petroleum operators, presenting products that address customer needs and provide exceptional value.
- Engage & Consult: Conduct needs assessments, communicate technical specifications, and deliver compelling ROI analyses to prospects.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with decision-makers at all levels, from daily contacts to C-suite leaders, fostering trust and future opportunities.
- Manage Projects: Oversee customer contracts and maintain visibility throughout the post-implementation phase, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver Excellence: Coordinate training, prepare pricing proposals, and manage sales orders with precision and professionalism.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Expand Reach: Identify potential prospect categories, execute targeted outreach plans, and maintain a robust CRM database.
- Participate: Represent the company at customer events and industry tradeshows to enhance visibility and build networks.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B technical sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $70,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience).
