Responsibilities: Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ insurance requirements. • Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and services Sales Presentations and Proposals: • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. • Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing effectively to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. Relationship Building and Client Management: • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Qualifications: • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Stays organized and manage time well • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required – if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative. • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
