Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with both new and existing customers to promote our lawn care services, upsell additional solutions, and ensure customer retention. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Reach out to prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate new sales.
Customer Retention: Engage with existing customers to renew services, upsell additional packages, and address concerns to ensure loyalty.
Needs Assessment: Listen to customer needs and recommend tailored lawn care services that address their specific challenges and goals.
Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service agreements in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's lawn care services, pricing, seasonal promotions, and best practices to confidently answer customer questions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the field service team and customer service representatives to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (lawn care or home services experience preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with sales CRM software like SalesForce, Hubspot, Jobber, or ServiceTitan.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities.
Proficient with MS 365 applications
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
