Description: We’re a fast-growing lawncare company looking for an energetic, driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us hit our next stage of growth. This hybrid role includes inbound sales, outbound prospecting, marketing coordination, and business development. You’ll close inbound leads, pursue new clients (like HOAs & commercial accounts), manage bids, and help grow our Holiday Lighting division. You’ll also design marketing materials and develop consistent sales messaging for our team. This is a high-impact role with clear performance goals tied to company growth. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls, follow-ups, and upsells
Prospect and cold-call potential clients (HOAs, commercial, etc.)
Bid commercial jobs and grow our Holiday Lighting brand
Design marketing materials and coordinate campaigns
Develop sales scripts and team messaging
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and great on the phone
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Willing to learn about lawncare & seasonal services
Comfortable with cold outreach and sales targets
Basic marketing/design skills (e.g. Canva) a plus
