We are expanding our capabilities and seeking a talented Sales Representative with diverse logistics experience to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly in specialty retail and international logistics.
· Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on sales performance.
· Represent Thrive 3PL at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and manage the company’s online presence to attract new clients.
· Present tailored logistics solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
· Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
· Diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
· Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated to achieve high earnings.
Compensation:
This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance. Base salary negotiable for the right candidate.
