Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative for our Payroll & HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who understands the value of HR and payroll services for businesses. You will be responsible for generating leads, building a strong pipeline, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals with prospective clients.

You are a motivated, proactive salesperson with a track record in B2B sales, ideally in payroll, HR, or SaaS solutions. You have excellent communication skills, an understanding of workforce management solutions, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Client Needs Assessment:
Understand client needs and challenges related to payroll and HR functions, presenting solutions that align with their specific business goals.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations and product demos, showcasing the value of our payroll and HR solutions. Effectively communicate how our platform meets client needs and addresses industry pain points.
Relationship Building & Account Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and drive repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor, staying engaged with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively. Adjust sales approaches based on market insights.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in payroll, HR services, or SaaS. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with payroll or HR software platforms and basic knowledge of workforce management solutions. Comfortable using CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:
Strong self-management skills with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
