As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals both personally and departmentally, and demonstrating extensive product knowledge. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide information about products and services, answering any questions customers may have.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services.
Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
No specific educational requirements.
Previous retail, customer service, and/or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
Ability to read, write, and interpret collateral provided by clients.
Effective communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
Other Skills:
Enjoys interacting with customers.
Strong sense of urgency and a desire to learn.
Work Hours:
Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
