Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive, to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the sales and market share growth of Vital Sign product lines within Acute Care Hospitals across the assigned territory. The position requires a strategic and proactive approach to new business development, competitive conversions, and customer relationship management. This is a hunting-focused role that will require collaboration with the Enterprise Sales Team (EST) to meet and exceed revenue objectives and develop a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Drive new business acquisition and competitive conversions for Vital Sign products across the assigned territory.
- Product Demonstration: Collaborate with the EST to assess customer needs, conduct product demos, and facilitate evaluations leading to successful sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at Acute Care Hospitals to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other divisions (Enterprise Sales Team) to implement strategies for converting competitive business.
Qualifications:- Proven success in medical device, healthcare sales or b2b sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, a hunter mentality.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation:
Base Salary/Commission: $75,000 | OTE: $150,000
