Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Representative located in Jacksonville, FL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues customers may face. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting problems, maintaining communication with customers, and working collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills

Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
