As A Sales Representative You Will Be:

Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales goals

Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements

Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage ensures accurate documentation to streamline the claims process and support sales objectives.

Keeping in contact with customers face to face to confirm sales and enrollment transactions are completed and installation dates are set

Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of auto glass products, sales, and structure is updated and retained

Collaborating as a team with fellow Sales Representatives and leadership members to exceed client’s projected sales goals

Skills Preferred For Our Sales Representative Position:

Position Overview:

Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position

Pay: 100% commission - On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week

Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover. Sales Representatives will be working face to face with customers

Clients & Products: We work with Auto Glass clients promoting and signing up new customers for their windshield replacement services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
